Lead MSS? They have no clue! Elimanate this job. Worthless.
Let the system to the schedules like it is supposed to. Stop dictating the club and do your job on the front end. Hint actually work on the front end.

Lead mss is a hard job! They are in charge of over half the club! To say that this position needs to be eliminated is crazy. Obviously the original poster has never been in this position. Leads are supposed to be doing everything under the sun especially with the PTCs gone. To anyone who says a Lead is lazy ESPECIALLY A LEAD MSS, I challenge you to shadow them for a day or two to see what they really do!!!
There is no way in hell that your lead MSS does audits for "half the club" and still runs the front end. Stop with the BS.
Our MSS Lead does audits for over half of the club every month since he was on the Audit Team prior to it being eliminated. The floors leads are incompetent and can’t do audits.
Our lead mss is amazing. She has so much on her plate and is on the front 90% of the time unless she is helping with schedules/attendance, interviews, and now orientation.. a lead is not supposed to be on the front end all the time . They have alot of other things like coachings and hiring that is also priority. Otherwise everyone is going to b--ch theres not enough coverage/cashiers to even work..
Lead MSS is in the office everyday, making all schedules and running the club rarely on the front end. She is included in managers meetings
The only schedules the Lead MSS should be doing is the MSS schedule because the system would fck that up.
Our Lead is always on the front end except to do the new hiring BS, Evals, and coaching.
Our Lead is always on the frontend. Once in a while she will take a day or two to do evals. Why is the frontend lead doing schedules. I thought that was what the system was suppose to do so we had more hands on with the members. If this is happening then I'm sure they are not following company direction. All office jobs have been eliminated.
Our MSS has always been the PTC too. They make out all the schedules 5 days a week
