There is definitely no communication going on in the clubs from what I see too many people guessing. not everyone is on the same page on the attendance policy even management don't even know how it works exactly all trial and error at whose cost?how does the block scheduling work exactly does anybody really know? Not to mention the bonus structure how exactly does that work and what do we have to do to make it happen what happened to those days when we would sit in front of the club and have meetings in a hole on Sundays and everyone that showed up was on the same page. what happened to just plain telling the truth and having each other's back.

Welcome to the era of No PTC. This was planned. Chaos will lead to high turnover and no one staying long enough to earn 18-20 dollars an hour.
Yep @mew! Some of us still check on here. We do have long time friends still in the company. We would like to see what's been going on since we left. And we see how it continues to get worse. Not sure why you think we're not supposed to be human. There's a life out there for you also. You should go find it.
