Anyone know how call centers will be affected by 2.0? Or hear of any closing of centers?

"Call centers are worthless. Go to the store they say. Customer calls in says my phone won't turn on. Rep on phone says go to the store get a sim card. (Cure all) Call centers are here to cause turmoil for the customers and store employees. They dont know squat"
This is a joke, right? Do you know how many screw ups we have to fix because a store agent added a "free" tablet without disclosing that there would be a two year contract, or how many HUM disconnects we have to deal with while getting yelled at?
And to be fair some store employees arent totally upfront with customers...causing headaches for all call center employees.
HOPEFULLY
Hopefully my center. This place is a joke. It cost at least 2.5 million plus to run this center. Just give everyone the option for HBA or severance.
This is due to the fact that they punish call center reps for sending warranty replacements, so naturally they don't want to send them. If they quit punishing reps for this it would probably change things
To the above, the centers with sales aren’t going anywhere. They make more money in a day than the stores do in a month. Vendor centers on the other hand, you’re correct.
We can only hope. Call centers are worthless. Go to the store they say. Customer calls in says my phone won't turn on. Rep on phone says go to the store get a sim card. (Cure all) Call centers are here to cause turmoil for the customers and store employees. They dont know squat.
