LinkedIn is a bloodbath

I'm sad to see so many badges of middle aged people on LinkedIn. I wanted to work till I retired but not so a few years ago. I talked to the young account manager that has my module that use to be PCG module last week and briefed him on the module that was crud after 10 of my 13 1/2 years when I was let go. It's even more stripped to the bone. Poor fellow, no one can do a proper transition and it's sad. All I see on LinkedIn is I have accepted a position with att after I graduate school in 4 months and these young ones are in for a world of hurt, Limited seasoned techs now contractor's, over seas customer service, little ATO/Ops, ICB, billing, no mobility support or Tech support and leadership trying to save their on backside with no spine unless it's an Exec. I'm still dealing with T but only on the outside on certified equipment and it's scary what all the partners are saying on how bad things are handled. This is getting bad and I see it when I go to the Death Star in the older peoples eyes and the babes are just lemmings.

"bloodbath" A little over-the-top aren't we? Also your post would be less incoherent if there were paragraphs, etc. not just a blob of words which appears to be the norm on this blog.

Have a good whine,

OP... not to be cruel but I hope your resume was a proofread before you sent it out.

OP appears to be the incoherent ramblings of someone with nothing to do. SMH

How are they lemmings? If you get the job and don't like it, they can quit and will have something to put on their resume, and somewhere to work while the look for another job. What kind of job does a graduate with no experience deserve anyway? They are in for a world of hurt? When did it happen that young people aren't allowed to get their own experience, rather they need you to shield them from the hurt? What's your solution? No job, no experience, no hard work? I guess the country was built on easy jobs with well documented procedures and jobs with no risk of failure.
