What happen to your night team lead

So the night lead is on the 4 am. What are the other leads shift times? Is it 5 shifts at the same time?
Ours is just a regular tl. I haven’t seen them for the most part as they are working the 3-11 shift. Apparently all that’s about to change as well though
They are supposed to do the 4am-12:30 shift while the night manager does 1:30-11:30. It is reversed in our club

I am the night lead at my club and we are about to switch to this new schedule. My GM told me that I would just become one of the floor leads. And that all the leads would be general merchandise leads expected to cover the entire floor. The only leads that would stay in a specific area are fresh leads. So the grocery lady, Center lead, electronics lead, and night shift lead will all be responsible for merchandising, member assistance, and HR duties.
