Looks like another 100 people or so lots their jobs this past week, maybe a clean up to prior week’s layoffs. That brings the total since 6/1/2016 to 21,836 and counting. Keep looking for jobs outside of oracle my friends, keep looking.

If you're looking for insight into the overall health of the company, there are plenty more reliable and appropriate places to look for information.

What narrative? T.I. is trying to keep track of people who were cut, not Oracle's overall business. If you get laid off and replaced by cheeper labor in some low-cost geography, you're still laid off. That is pretty much the only thing we care about on this board, hence the name, thelayoff.com.
