Anyone else having issues with downloading the new and improved (ha ha) one.walmart.com on their phones at home? Why can we not access this online? Thanks...

How is it that the largest retailer IN THE WORLD has the worst IT department ???? That makes no sense!!!!!!!!!!!

This new software is difficult never able to find anything without a lot of click here click there and takes forever. It is launched without training etc.

I’m on LOA & have to access it everyday to call in. I had to find back ways to get to the “report an absence” page & all of a sudden 4 or 5 days ago when I got to that page it said user invalid or it says server could not be found!? So I’ve had to resort to the old Walmart call in phone number. A company this big should not have gone live with something this crucial if it wasn’t at least 95% ready. They were ready with all the stupid articles telling us how awesome Walmart is but the functionality part that associates needed was/is not. Rushing it only served to confuse everyone. I’m not saying they shouldn’t move in this direction but they really seem to not care about the frustration level they have forced upon us. Retail is hard enough w/o the company adding to it.
What app and where is it? Its not the WM! app right?
I had to be at the store to download the app for Walmart OneWire and verification. Won't load anywhere else. And it is more trouble than it is worth. I don't want or need two step verification.
Everything Wal-Mart does is on the lowest of the lowest quality. Nothing ever works and it’s the cheapest possible price they can pay.
Its awful! Spend some of those profit billions on good tools & technology for associates instead of just members....
It’s a joke they roll out new technology and it never works. They need to fire the whole technology IT department. It’s like they hire the worst of the batch, that real company’s don’t want. It’s like the hiring process you pay cheap you get cheap.
I have it downloaded and always have issues viewing it. It takes forever to show me what I am looking for. Seems about par for all of their apps that I have put on my phone to make my work life more convenient.
