Oracle Management Cloud and Enterprise Management go hand in hand. Is there any layoffs happened in EM products?

EM esp EM-QA is headed by some seriously incompetent people in both IND and the USA. Just a matter of time - this smaller lifeboat from Oracle's ship will sink

If that is true, then why do I see so many job openings for Software QA Engineers at other companies?
I work at HQ on EM and was let go. I was working there for about a year. I must have been in a bubble because the general impression I had was EM is "safe" while OMC is where the layoffs will be.
Oracle will lay-off all of QA divisions in the coming days. They are the only company still with QA teams.
EM should be impacted heavily IMO. Be prepared to be RIF-ed
I know one guy, laid-off, who worked on OMC as well as fixed EM bugs for customers.
