The culture of uncertainty

I thought that this situation with constant changes and workers being kept in the dark regarding what the leadership plans to do was a temporary situation evoked by the Aetna acquisition. However, the more time passes by, the more I get that one thing doesn’t have anything to do with the other.CVS has embraced the culture of constant uncertainty, constant shifts and changes.

I for one cannot embrace this culture of uncertainty... Let's say I've been with the "company " for YEARS and have seen many charges happen. However, this morphing is different don't think this company knows what it wants to be, how to integrate it, and what to do with it. Oh, they have a public version (don't look behind the curtain) all is going to be rainbows and unicorns however, here in the front lines this uncertainty is killing us. Cut hours to make the numbers look great but, they expect the work to be done ?

I for one am done and am just running out the clock (along with others).
