There's another reason at T. Directors used to be able to direct. That paradigm went away when leadership decided they were better at managing the daily functions and Directors were merely "errand boys/girls." Can't tell you the number of times we receive emails saying "this is from leadership and must be done." My Director was at a loss of how to manage the organization because he had no control. It wasn't ineptitude or the other reasons said in MarketWatch.

This is where journalism has come to? It says scientific reason, but where are the sources cited? Where is the science that backs up the conclusions? It looks like opinion masquerading as truth.
