what has happened to accountability? we have people completing 10 tasks by 12 or 1 and instead of something being addressed with those staff, their work is being assigned to others in the team. the atmosphere is toxic and those that do really work hard are past fed up.

Close Murfreesboro and Birmingham. Move em to Dallas. Waste of SF money.
Subrogation is the devil's den. Most can't retire. Divorced multiple times, alcohol, d--gs, etc. Very toxic and hostile work environment. Too busy doing nothing, telling people what to do while they do nothing and being a wannabe big shot cigar smokers.
Manager = mo--n!
Employees don’t have to look up what others are doing😂. It’s listed on the huddle board for all to see. When your pendings, phone metrics, closed to received claim ratio 💯 are above goal, and u just returned from vacation, and told to assist another with horrible metrics, and can see them them on their personal phone consistently texting and /or visiting across the floor..... posses u off
Spending time looking up what others do or don't do? Who's not doing what needs to be done? As the saying goes, when you point a finger there's three pointing back at you.
SUB TM''s or better known as 'Puppets' are not managing employees they merely manage paper reports. And spend hours looking at reports and going over these metrics that not one employee in the BOC/MOC give a rats a-- about. Let us do our jobs and you/TM get rid of the people not doing their job. True 'leaders' are long gone.
Welcome to the world of meaningless metrics at State Farm that have nothing to do with delivering on promise that was sold to the customers. The appropriate quote for this is: “Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that’s counted truly counts.”
Those who are qualfied have left.
