we hav ebeen seeing day by day many employees breaching company policy in their day to day behavior.Some people keep making noises throughout the day talking irrelevant things . Some people keep disrespecting the elders and senior employees Verbally . I think HR department should direct the employees to follow company ethics and protocol . HR should also direct them to use official language as English in all official meetings. We see many people even conversing in different language while giving demo and conducting meetings
