So if they restructure managers with the elimination of some, are the new manager titles being chosen by seniority or are they going to interview for the positions and when will this happen

Our night manager was told the position will be eliminated. Another clubs night manager was let go and no replacements or job opening for over a month posted.
They are not cutting managers- they had info on wire with restructuring but it is now gone. Gen merch manager moves to member service manager- the mem is the second member service manager they will rotate quarterly from opening to closing shifts . On manager becomes 2nd merchandising managers and both fresh managers stay . Each work group has two managers and they rotate quarterly
You'll find no absolute answer to that question on a rumor mill site, so why ask it.
No... If they want to cut management they will pick one and they're done. So say they pick the overnight manager. Then all overnight managers are done. Doesn't matter how long you've been there or how great you are.
Last year the randomness was because they closed so many clubs. They we're just trying to fit their favorites into different spots. Usually they just pick a certain position.
