Makes me sick. Al made over $12M US in 2017 with stock prices below $40 and 160 people let go in Ontario to get savings for Union merger.

Asking management how many people were let go is a fair question. It shouldn't even have to be asked - those numbers should be public knowledge.
Alot of jobs weren't lost but sent to india.
It’s 160 from UG and EGD combined, although that total climbs when you add shared service personnel (IT, finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc) that used to support the utilities. It’s hard to tell what the true number of layoffs at each location has been, especially when some cuts that happened leading up to the restructuring were disguised as retirements. Probably a fair question to ask at the next Town Hall. Assuming there will be another attempt at company-wide Town Hall...given how negatively people reacted to the last one, maybe CH will just do podcasts now. That option has my support, lol
And the shareholders cheered.
I believe Union gas has lost around 100 also
I would expect those numbers to only go up,.... on both sides
