The real scandal is Nike’s track record of ageism and s-xism.
Things look bad for Nike. The lawyer looks bad here becuase he is a scumbag but it looks like Nike is guilty. This surprises no one that works here.
Nothing new about the scandal : morally corrupt company breeds morally corrupt behaviour.

@YgZAXUq-gbl - comms people who monitor this site are working overtime. dont blame them though. they have the sh--ty job of flagging problem posts to their higher ups knowing many of these posts are true cuz they experience it too and a few of their higher ups are as abusive.
