What were raises in Your BU. Here in Edmonton we garnered around 3 percent.

Only 3%? In Infrastructure Planning my team was given about 5.4% as the medium value.
It depends where you sit in your pay range and also what performance rating you got... but seemed to be 3% for most successful performers. There is a rumour going around that Legacy EGD got more than Legacy UG, but that might just be drama.

It will be very interesting finding out what AM's raise is going to be. Venture a guess that it won't be in the single digits.
