For those of you that have already started block scheduling can you please tell me how many associates they schedule to open for the member service group such as cashiers, door, membership desk, club pick up, mss?

My club there is 10 to 12 of each shift depending on day of the week in the whole member service group excluding leads, marketing, and maintenance
Not enough people at all!!
6 at my club with three of them doing club pickup in the first hour to stay ahead of orders. There is an click & pull associate that works until 10 each night that will also take care of the early morning orders.
