Have you heard any new hire or campus hire (experience < 2yrs) getting laid off? I heard only about experienced ones. Thanks

You guys counting this on months? I got reorg at ~5 weeks and one of my colleagues was being laid-off at 3 days, who doesn't even have time to finish the onboarding process. All of this happened in a giant US pharma corp.
I know of one person hired 10 months ago.
Yes...multiple people yesterday. All in Seattle.
But the majority were NOT newbies. The shortest tenure of the ones I know was 3 yrs, longest around 26 years, and ALL very talented.
Are they campus hires? Those less than 4 or 8 months that got laid off
Yes. I personally know 1 person <4 months, and another <8 months
