Any one in india who has been asked to leave in idc.. please share the details about Severance pkg..? Have spent 7 month here ...will they ask me to leave or move to other team.. i should start looking out...share your thoughts

It will be 1 month basic for every year of service + 2 months + basic for leaves
mostly no impact to if you survive this wk
