It's funny how Costco holds a higher standard, and sticks to it and has the better reputation. Sam's is all about not caring about the rules or associates. It's about money money money. Get rid of this position and don't hire as many people. No more pallet skirts, every dollar makes us look better. It's not their membership card? Accept it anyway. They just look like an old man that's been stranded at sea for weeks, and suddenly gets all the food he's been needing. Except with Sam's it's money instead of food being shoved into their pockets. We have a Costco card. It's my husband and his mother on the account. So when I need to go, my husband goes with me. Costco wins my business in other ways. If you have to bend the rules to get someone to like you then it's safe to say there are some other issues that need to be tended to. Sam's will never learn... And it starts at the top
