I'm surprised Randall even knew how to operate the phone. I too think this was nothing but a staged occurrence for the Dufus in Charge

Fake. Managers are told to turn their phones off during meetings. Randall wouldn't be interrupting his meetings to take phone calls.
Lol, couldn’t happen to a better person at a better time, but I’m afraid it was probably scripted. These guys wouldn’t risk being interrupted by a call, they have a lackey carry it.
