With the new backroom change and other job structure changes, how is forklift training going in your club? Who does the training and paperwork? Is it all left to one person to deal with all the bs involved?

The Overnight Manager owns the PLE Binders. After successful completion of three CBL's, print all three certificates, then you go one on one training with the designated trainer. Upon completion, the CM also has to watch you successfully operate forklift. Then you will sign tons of paperwork along with the CM and the trainer. After this, you get your license and key. The process must be completed within thirty days from start to finish otherwise you start three CBL's over again.
There's a training program?? At my club they make you take a CBL and when you pass, they give you a key.
At least you are finally learning a marketable skill.
