Attendance

Does anyone know where the attendance policy can be found on the wire? CBL says 10 minute leeway management saying 5

If you call in 3 days in a row that's 3 points.

A NC is 2 points and the NS is 1 point = 3

CI on Event days is 2+1 = 3

NCNS on Event days is 2+2 = 4

Clock in 10 or more mins late but not 50% of your shift is .5. Clock out 10 or more mins early but not 50% of your shift is .5

So you are safe at 9 mins late and 9 mins early.

Each day is a point against your attendance, old policy was consecutive 3 is 1. This is the best change the company has made in awhile no more holding associates accountable for calling in. Termination at 5 points

It is 9 minutes. The cbl says 10 minutes or more.

If you call in 3 days in a row, how many points is that? I've heard 3 and 1. No one can tell me at my club. The cbl did not say either. Anyone have clarification on it?

Safe to Go with 9 minutes on each side. Because once it hits the 10th minute you’re actually late.

so 9 minutes and 59 seconds is good 10 minutes and up is bad.

Wire -> Work Tab-> Policies ( on upper right side) -> Human Resource -> I believe it is Time and Attendance and then look for your state on right side (if not there then it is generic one)

If your manager changes your time minutes before you're supposed to clock in/out, there are no points.

Let's say you have an "in" with your manager and you need/want the day off, call him/her and have them change the schedule that day. (Yes, you can call in to your manager instead of using tech to call off.)

And yes, they can change a schedule.

It's meant so they change people's time if they need to call people into work early or they need to send people home early. As long as it is change on the computer before you clock in/out, you're good to go.

I'm not saying it won't be misused, I'm saying this is how it can be done.

They arent saying that. Your just trying to start issues. It clearly states 10 minutes. No way they can overturn that. Nice try

At 9 minutes after you are safe. At 10 minutes after-you are LATE. Be careful.

It's ten minutes. But here is a fun fact; if you clock out ten minutes early I'll find something you didn't finish and coach you for productivity. So, sure you are good from a attendance standpoint but you better finish your job.

Search “attendance” on the main page of the Wire. It’s actually a “9 minute” leeway, if you clock in more than 10 minutes late or leave more than 10 minutes early.
