Will I lose this starting next week when there’s more overnights?

How can they not take back night differential pay that was given for going to nights if going back to days ? Then they shouldn’t take ones pay from dropping back a level IF doing away with ones position during the day . But have learned there are no rules to there rules !!
differential will stay... but as was pointed out.. its a regional thing. Some clubs give 50 cents while others give 1.00. Forget the exact term but they simply changed the name from night differential to something else. New hires though are likely to not see it.. no proof just my opinion on that last one.
Better quit now. At my club they took 10% away
Fill cheated. My Club only gives 50cents extra for nights.
Pay stays the same for current associates. New hires/associates will more than likely be job offered in as floor associates no differential.
I heard they are not taking that away but who knows.
