Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Leaving at&t

Glad I’m leaving. Too bad it’s not soon enough. Still need to stick it out for another 6-8 months.

This used to be an awesome place to work, loved my bosses and the people. Now, it’s just a miserable place to be.

Anyone offered MVO should take it and run! Lots of hiring for those with at least a half of a brain.

Leaving will be the best decision you ever made. Lots of other nice companies to work for where people actually like people and not like they are geniuses in their own mind.

I have heard that there are no more MVO opportunities. T cannot afford to lose great talent like OP and previous response OP. It seems like Big Data is looking at keystrokes, phone time, internet and intranet activity, tardy time, GPS, and every other measurement that they can look at to tag low performers.

I feel the same way and will be taking the next MVO. Hopefully this will happen sooner than having to wait 6-8 more brutal months. Good luck! I'm right behind you out the door!!
