Firings are cheaper

They are firing reps left and right over Ins-tore pick ups and Tmp. Why don’t you lay them off instead I guess firing Is cheaper for the company. This company is the biggest scam.

Asked and answered. The more people they can fire, less severance they pay. This has been going on for a while now, people all around are being sanctioned for smallest infractions - stuff that wouldn't have even been mentioned before.

Sad but true.

Your not at 80% Tmp you're on corrective action. If you do not hit this metric you will go on final.

I know your are at 82% Tmp but that's the second person who complained you added tmp without telling them so your on corrective action. If another person complains or you drop below 80% you will go on final.

Apparently reports are now being run to determine the length of time from the order to pickup. They are assuming that the less than an hour pickups were rep assisted. Also, mgmt is using the beacons to verify that the customers phone was in the store while they ordered. We are being to told to use my link and ship the phone. Save the customer $20 but cost the company shipping costs. Why are we doing this? Just to hit a number that is irrelevant to the actual bottom line of the company.

Interesting cause we are being told to use the customers phone to place in store pickup orders so ard will not be negatively affected. One store in our district is at around 15% digital.

Leave as quickly as you can. Alot of bad things coming.

Sad part company positioning itself to be the number 1 carrier in America for years to come, but hurting the 2 stake holders that should matter most. The customers and the employees.
