I’d like to hear the full proccess that people went trough for severance.
I was offered it last week as an overnight associate.
Want to make sure I don’t miss anything.
Local club manager is not very helpful.

CM not helpful because they dont know. Call this # 1-800-622-3989 they can help with severance questions. Your amount will be based on your last 12 weeks average. PTO hrs do count toward average. Look at your last 6 pay periods add total worked hrs + PTO used. Divide total by 12. That will give you estimate of your weekly avg.
