Third party companies can never do the job with the same level of quality as loyal company soldiers that Pepsi is giving up on so easily. Even more, how do they plan to create new people that believe in the company after treating the ones the had so poorly. Seems to me like a lot of risk putting all your bets into outsourcing

Outsourcing? 74 jobs posted at the new IT hq hub in Hyderabad.
Not outsourcing, joining them. Why use a middle man in India, open an office and do it yourself.
Watch the stock sell offs as we are around $130/share right now. Would be interesting to see who files to sell shares.
the ugly truth is that outsourcing will work out fine , future will tell us also that automation will on his turn erase all outsourced jobs now in India
It does not matter if outsourcing fails. These leaders have millions of dollars in stock options. While they are preaching about making a great company, they are robbing the company blind to drive the stock price up. They will put the loot in their bag and be off be in the night leaving the turmoil for someone else to fix.
It really looks like we're gonna find out. Grab your popcorn.🍿
