Your wrong about the unpaid time off, you only take time if you have pto.

Actually fresh leads have a set schedule NOT based on needs of the department. Meat and bakery are 6-230, produce and prep leads are 1-930. The only fresh lead that even gets 1 weekend day off is produce. Their company set schedule is Sunday and Monday off. If fresh leads want a weekend day off they have to take an unpaid day off or a PTO day. They are also at this time the only leads that cannot switch shifts with another lead. They are all coded differently. All previous floor leads can switch because they are all labeled merchandising leads.
Your manager s---s if they haven’t got with you. The conversations are to be done by the 9th.
It starts June 22nd. No one gets weekends off. Fresh leads will work based on business needs in their dept. Everyone else based on tenure as to your days off. But again, no one gets weekends off. I’m a 30 plus and didn’t get to pick anything, not even my days off. Your manager should have gotten with you already. It all has to be finalized and turned in by Friday.
When does this take effect? Our club manager hasn’t gotten with us it’s all rumors of course she doesn’t care? Just wondering on on ETA?
I would guess that back room is merchandise services
