Takeing other’s shift

Can you take a better shift from someone out of your work group if you have more seniority?

Seniority is club wide till you sign your job description. Then it’s sub work group. That’s why they started with long term people first. To get you to sign job description so you wouldn’t jump ship to take someone else’s shift that was better. Unless GM wants you in a certain job then they will tell you about other jobs before you sign your job description.
