With this new scheduling the shift that you choose is it permanent or do we rotate shifts every 12 weeks?

Stupid. Having to screw certain associates is not right. They need to switch that sh-- up at least monthly. Someone in leadership position should not have to close the rest of their lives who have been there over 20 years. Should not have to make a decision of never spending time with your family or working. I hope the whole business crumbles
No rotating, just evening shift purgatory.
There are members that we may never see again.
