Reorg in ATO

Has anyone heard rumors of this?

I truly would not mind if this happened. I don’t trust my AVP...

Im in ATO and we just had a REORG shuffling people around thinking that it's going to make them look efficient if we change titles. Changing titles wont make them work harder if they're dumb and stupid to begin with. As I see it within my org, they are trying to save those people who don't do sh-- but tell people what they already know called "management". There are at least 10 different form of management under 1b and level 2 and they all do the same sh-- with different titles.

This company is constantly restructuring. Where have you been the last few decades?

ATO is restructuring and hiring for vacant positions. Seems like they wanted to cut a lot of the dead weight.

I am not sure specifically what business unit's you're referring to, but there has been lots of movement at the L2 and L3 levels recently. There was an announcement out last Fri I believe detailing a lot of those. Also noticed in Webphone there are still come gaps in reporting structure with some teams still reporting to "Vacant".
