Leads are not going to salary, they are not cutting out a manager just changing some responsibilities and what areas they run, day stocking is hitting clubs in June and you must have open availability or find another job.

Agreed they testing to see if leads can handle the pressure of a manager. Then the manager cuts will follow, why pay 48 thousand a year, when you can use a 28 thousand a year to open and close the building.
They're cutting managers, any young manager not looking for another job is an id--t. They just haven't cut them yet, same goes for district managers. Brought in fresh district, they improved the fresh areas and were then cut.
