Yes, may of the members being moved to monitored are old and sick with chronic conditions. It's going to be a revolving door.

Wow my roster is full. As soon as I move someone to monitored I get someone new within 24 hours.
I have a feeling they will have us stop moving to monitored. My roster is low and so is my whole team
