Some work hard, and some skate by for years on “relationships”. Just like any big company.
All of the Vice Presidents and Managers that I know, and have worked with at Wells Fargo are highly skilled in technology and business knowledge. They have a great responsibility and work hard to make Wells Fargo stay successful. It is not an "easy" job. The original poster of this blog obviously has no such qualifying skills to become a VP, or Manager at Wells Fargo.
