Just curious..how they decide what your days off were? We told our days off to our GM and he said he had to put it in the system and see if it will let him? Sound right?? Just curious.

It's by how long you have been there. Long term associates will get first choice of shift and days off.
GM meet with us based on seniority let us know what was available when it had gotten to me. Let me choose which off the 4 available days I wanted. He had like an excel sheet or program open that he had filled out
Sounds like typical manager talk. He's full of it. Waiting to get all the requests then decide
