Any idea if it affects them?

They should give us Sunday and Monday off and but in the part time people on Sunday s because they can make part time what ever they want I am going through they same thing been at the club 15 years I have Monday and Tuesday off and do 500 am to 130 pm but for gas attend they should but in there part time people on Sundays there a reason we have been there so long
So I work in gas station and I’m the only full time.
I work 6am to 2:30pm. But don’t get weekend off.
Why they can’t give you a day of on weekends? We only have 3 associates, 2 of them are part time there and both of them want to work weekend , so I get weekends off now they don’t want to give the weekends off to me cause I’m full time? And why they want to throw 2 full time in gas station if they can’t even give us our hours? And why they want me to work 6am in gas station on Sunday if we open 9am? This is crazy. Having 3 ft and 2pt is to much of small area to work.

Yes it does affect them. 6-2:30 opening and 2:00-9:30 closing no weekends off at this point
