So they had the meeting today, why be so secretive? I was told we won't hear anything until this Thursday. Makes no sense to prolong the info. Anybody have any leaks?

My goodness calm down. No one will lose jobs. It is up to you if you choose to stay or go. There will be a select 4 leads that carry keys, not a total of 4 leads. It was no secret that block scheduling was coming. Just that everyone works as a team now. Yes, seniority has a say in your schedule. Fresh leads a bit different. The schedules given to them will not be by seniority, corporate has determined the shifts that those fresh leads will work.
Only 4 team leads for the whole club only way other team leads can apply is If leads that have been there longest dont want the position and the leads will be key carriers can open and close clubs like management
