When I worked at WF I knew of employees who colluded and embezzled using their Purchase Cards or Pcards to eat, vacation, and pay for personal expenses.
The mindset I can see is that those employees think, well if the company steals from their customers then the company can't claim their money was stolen because it was stolen in the first place.
Any thoughts?
I knew employees in the Business Direct division including a low-level r----d by the name of Jill Laux, Barbara Black, and John Santoro a SVP were colluding to embezzle using their Pcard, so they could take extra vacations through the year and not do any work.
There was actually a time, and probably still is, in some circles, where you could easily get away with PCard fraud. Back in the mortgage crisis, nobody was really digging into this stuff. After they could no longer rubber stamp foreclosures, there was so much work to do, folks were just rubber stamping expense reports and budgets.
Who on here believes this sh-- and also has a PCard???? No one. Shut your hole. This is stupid and inaccurate.
The bank forcing employees to steal from customers and the bank stealing employees' bonuses and not paying overtime wages to employees who stole for them. The employees then turn around and steal from the bank because two can play that game.

You can't go to a police station and file a report for theft because they'll start asking questions on how you got that money to begin with. It makes sense.
WF can't prove money embezzled wasn't through ill-gotten gains and has a right to claim those monies.
This just not true!!!!! Quit making $hit up to make WF look bad.
I agree they can justify their behavior and think stealing money is OK because it didn't belong to the company to begin with.
