With such a major announcement a while back re: staff reduction goal of up to 10% staff reduction (26,500 team members, through cuts and natural attrition), you'd think leadership would provide updates; right?
I understand it's not good to refresh the figures from a PR standpoint (keeps it in the news,), but come on. Wells Fargo cares about the morale of team members; right?
You can't just state that massive, looming figure and then leave us in the dark about "progress made" toward that number.
That would be pretty pathetic leadership; right? (heavy sarcasm, since that's all we've seen so far -- from unethical behavior, corruption, scandals, denials, etc.)
So much for transparency, Wells Fargo.
