May 16 will have our first quarterly Sam's Share on it.
Well, if you are not in your area and clocked in, you get questioned "what are you doing? Get to work!"
We are not getting one bc of m x voices . I'm pretty sure 80 percent of clubs want either .
So how many late CBL’s do you have previous poster? I mean, you are busy from the time you punch in, until the time you leave, so I’m guessing you have 4-5 late CBL’s. Hope you are not a cashier, since everyone had to have the Age Verification CBL recently. Also, thank you for looking out for the needs of the club and not your personal needs, because I am guessing you haven’t requested off or scheduled a vacation because you have to do it from work, and you are way too busy to go into the GTA Portal to do that. 🙄🙄🙄
The system allows you to clock in 9 minutes early without having a attendance occurrence, maybe you could use a couple minutes before reporting to your area and see how and when Sam’s Share works. I know, you again work with rouge managers that lie to you and say they are going to write you up if you cllock in even 1 minute early.
I have never seen a manager or lead refuse to allow an associate some time to check the Wire. All you have to is ask “Hey, can I go back to the training room for a couple minutes to check on something?”
So I’m guessing you will find time in early May when the associate engagement (Grass Roots) survey is available, because you can’t wait to stick it to the club and company by giving them lot’s of poor ratings.

First off who has time for the wire? We were told by management that it was going to be on the may 2nd pay but guess what? not going to happen. This is why HR shouldn't have been eliminated. Hiring is a mess, pto is a mess and the list goes on. I'm tired of people saying read the wire. I'm running around with my head cut off and when I do have time to get on the wire I get stares of being on the computer too long. So for you that think we have the time to get on the computer to waste time then apparently you have nothing better to do with your day or night. Or your manager or team leader does not give you the death stare.
Who has time to look on the wire?? I'm busy from start to end of shift...
Could everyone please knock off the whole “nobody knows” routine?! It was on the Wire main page weeks ago and all you have to do is search “Sam’s Share” now and it will take you to the information. The 1st quarter ends Tuesday and expect to have a final total posted sometime around May 20th. The bonus will be on our May 30th check, that’s why the final number should be made public sometime before payroll has to be finalized for that final check in May. Facts people, everything else is hearsay, just about everything you want to find out about is a Google search either online or at work on the Wire search engine.
I asked managers point blank if May 30th would be when we would get our first quarterly Sam’s share and they said we’ve not been told that or anything else for that matter. Either lying to me or this is not correct or they really don’t know. I would say they do have an idea though.
What does this topic have to do with layoffs????
Be lucky to get $25 bucks just what they wanted. They change the formula every year, to benefit themselves.
And we claim to be so Technology savy. Our registers are so outdated we should add NCR to our payroll. Nothing works right. As always we are a joke.
