Each of the 12 nominees to the company’s board of directors were reelected for one-year terms. Each member received at least 95% of the shares voted.

How much stock does the board own? Probably 40%! Who in their right mind would vote for anyone who loses and gives away billions!!!
How come he didn’t get voted out if it was only 40 % yes?
F--- up and get promoted. Do your job and get surplussed. That’s AT&T’s way.
What the heck are you talking about? He retains his seat, easily
If you won an election 60% to 40%, it would be called a landslide. Sorry, but RS will be here when most of us are long gone.
Yes, that is close to voting The Rat out. These votes are usually very strongly in favor of current leadership (not to suggest Randall and the Johns show leadership). This result is a strong vote of no confidence in Randall's compete lack of leadership.
That’s not even close to voting him out
Heard that after theT-Mobile fiasco that Whitacre had to step in and he was responsible for a lot of the board appointments and had some credibility with them. RS is juggling a lot of swords right now. Lot of things have to fall into place for him to keep his job. This could very well be his last hurrah if they don’t.
Just not understanding the loss of customers due the end of promotions. All the Fiber-Copper-Electronic-Satellites have been installed .....yet more and more are becoming idle. Return on Assets is not being managed at all......the falls on senior management. Why does Senior Management only focus on one item .....this year it's debt.....the hell with sales....... ever heard of multitasking..or are we lazy or too
