Is the night TL being eliminated or just retitled

We can only hope that Night leads will be gone. I am so tired of being an awful person to the people who I have to lead. They are such nice folks it hurts me to have to be mean and snarky to them with each word I say. Seriously though do you have any Idea how scummy I feel when I say demeaning things about one associate to another? It really does make me feel like a slime ball. The things I have to do as a leader are ugly but hey it is part of the job.
