Doesn’t the leadership know that the fact that they only care about money has become a wide known fact. While many of us can do very little about that, the fact is that all of the newbies that they hire are aware of that and they don’t want to commit to the company. The younger folks realize that this is a job for money, nothing more, and therefore they refuse to go the extra mile for the company or threat their workplace as it was their own home. Who can blame them, but slowly but surely Sam’ is getting a less committed and less quality workforce, which is bound to harm the company at some point.

Man, capitalism is really not cool, wish we could just work for a really woke dictator that would motivate us to work hard for the person next to you, so their family will be successful.
