Big meeting next week. Anyone know what’s going on?

Area Sales leaders were called last Friday to an emergency meeting in Chicago, at the end of the meeting yesterday is when they started sending emails to District managers telling them of a meeting. Area managers are now canceling meetings for today and Monday and not talking to people... they must know what’s up...
Seems everyone’s meeting is at the same time of the investors meeting
It's the same for everyone nationwide. I don't know if management will get an earlier heads up (doubtful). Apparently there is an investors call scheduled for later in the day. That means things are shaking up big time
I have heard we are getting severance pay on Tuesday.

Yeah, it doesn't sound good. I would start putting together a resume. Who knows how fast things will move but if I recall, the Kraft pizza sale went down pretty quick when Nestle bought them
Freaking out. Manager doesn't know anything. Have to wait and go to this stupid meeting on Tuesday. So many different ways this could go. Feels like a dark cloud of change is coming. Hope we all get to keep our jobs.
Saw a post on another board claiming near certainty that pizza and ice cream dsd and supply chain were being sold. Maybe separately

Oh and heard that Smithfield here is losing their account with Dollar General starting June 1st, so that would be our pizza....
Talk to your secondary distributors if you can. The ones that we have here, say they have a call today about them picking up a lot of new accounts.

Tuesday we are skipping or pushing to later in the week if possible.
We are getting Thanos snapped on Tuesday
We were told to bring in loads on Monday or Thurs/Fri, but not on Tuesday OR Wednesday. This is SoCal south.
No deliveries or merchandising on Tuesday we are completely shut down. Boss gave us an ordering cycle
We are splitting our Tuesday deliveries for Monday/Wednesday, other than that I’ve heard nothing?
What is everybody being told to do for orders after Tuesday’s date?
Eastern VA here. Half our guys have to go to MD for the meeting the other half (me included) are just going on the conference call. No word on anything solid but rumors aren't good.

Obviously whatever we’re being told on Tuesday is in that investors meeting. They probably have to let us know before that meeting takes place.

I'm sure there will be info leaked by end of the day Friday. Maybe big layoffs. Theres been rumors of a re route for months and they denied it. Where theres smoke theres always fire.
From what I have gathered by piecing things together, I believe the two individuals that referenced a particular name in the discussion may know what they’re talking about.

From the pieces that I’ve put together, I think all our jobs are safe for the next few months but there will be some reductions over the next year.
All the DA’s have seen a pay increase
Our tablets have been put on hold
In Nestle Australia, they have introduced an app that lets the store order product.
They have been talking about beverage a lot
I think the announcement is that us LF reps will be replaced by the app, and then DA and merch will be left to deliver and put up stuff.
They might keep one or two sales reps for selling, but...idk
I tried calling the department of labor but got their voice mail I would think they would have received a WARN Notice from nestle by now. here’s the number; 202.693.3079. You can also check your state agency to see nestle has filed something with them, I believe they have to give us 60 day notice that we are being impacted.
If it’s the worst then hopefully we’ll have plenty of time between announcement and actual event to figure things out for ourselves.

DSL is going to talk to us today about what is going on. Hopefully nothing bad. My manager was seriously stressed out yesterday. Rumors are spreading like a wildfire.
