if everyone makes it through this and it is selling to another company, I hope you learned your lesson from such a screwed-up company!

I’ve have got it down to two different scenarios , we have sold the ice cream division and pizza is going to warehouse or we are keeping the ownership of the brands and are going to pay a national distributor 10 %-15 % to distribute our brands DSD , Schwann’s ,Dean Foods are the only 2 that have a national DSD distribution network that I can think of . We all would become employees of the national distributor .
My money is on Thanos snapping half of us out of existence on Tuesday.
A laugh amidst this stressful weekend is worth it. Maybe we should take bets on who’s right? Lol

This is rediculous for a company of this size to string us out for this long, good news or bad. You have thousands of employees stressed out right now. Nestle is a giant company. Somebody needs to make this a issue on social media or something. There are a lot of employees with jobs just being strung out on a limb for this corporate shareholder secrecy bull sh--.
Word is that the Mickey mouse bars sold so well that Disney decided to buy the whole ice cream division from nestle.
Schwan’s can’t even handle what they have now.. and both Deans and Schwans have rumored buy outs, why would they dig a deeper grave?

Rumor had it that Borden was looking to broaden their horizons and that is where Sarsam’s name came into play. Wouldn’t that be going full circle for him. I don’t think that’s happening, the Dean Food/Schwan’s scenario sounds more viable. Again, all rumors and speculation. It s---s that we have to wait over the weekend. Most managers will be out of pocket until the Tuesday communication.

We know it's not gonna be good for those of us that have been around awhile a meeting like this is NEVER good news be prepared for sale of company, layoffs, restructuring after sale and decrease in pay with more work anyway you look at it it's not gonna bring a smile to your face driving home Tuesday. Even if we keep our jobs itll just be another slap in the face for those of you that are young enough get out while you can leave this industry.

Bro, I was in the HQ at Arlington today. Bro, I was walking down the main floor. Loeb was cutting a promo on Sarsam bro. Not sure if it was a worked shoot or just a shoot.
Anyone ever find anything out, or is everything still just speculation?? My boss seems to think it's some sort of pep rally for us lol I called it complete B.S you dont buy a whole new fleet, put a purty dress around everything and not do something with it. I've heard a thousand "rumors" so far. From we bought the pizza division from swans, to going to warehouse, and the other is switching dsd hands, which is in fact the only one I've heard of so far that makes sense..bought a new fleet, gave some raises, acquiring new stores and accounts. Sounds like they're purtying us up to sell out.

If some of these other markets would learn to SELL instead of just filling holes, we wouldn't be in this position...
Even if someone in the know comes on here and tell us what’s going on we won’t know if it’s true or not.
I sure as heck am not filling out any worthless risk predictions till I find out if I still have a job. Here is a risk prediction for you ASL/DSL , layoff an large amount of dsd employees at one time and there may be some disgruntled and angry employees.

The computer wont account for knowing cheese Dig is outta stock for a week and order xtra case of other flavors to fill holes and get sales .
But thats exactly why thats the route they will go .... they dont trust reps to order correctly , so we’ll let the ‘technology’ do it for us .
I think auto order is happening , but we still deliver it and have to talk stores into bumping their orders up
