Now that the mourning of the PTC is over its time to get back to reality, the quest for 45 employees in each club must go on. So we are all having a meeting as you kmow. This is not the final chapter.
They are announcing more cuts, Recieving, night shift and cutting managers down to 3, so if you are a manager, enjoy your shattered dreams.

I wish they would just eliminate marketing already. My club won't hire a team lead and it is hard to do some of the events they want me to do by myself.
I’m not sure how they are going to eliminate any more positions . As I look around our club their aren’t a lot of staff left here . We have people quitting faster then they can replace them . The only positions I can see leaving maybe the business office and comp shopping .
your post looks like you left out half the story. If you had the whole story you would have more detail.
Your club with two backroom associate's maybe ok but remember night receiving will be joining days. Some clubs have up to six backroom associate's in the higher tier clubs and this does not include night receiving. I would suspect they will have a layoff with the over staffed areas in the clubs.
How could they even possibly get rid of any more backroom people? Two people competing for just one spot? One person to do it all?
