Maybe the VZsatisfaction scores wouldn’t suffer so much if the company quit laying tenured peeps that actually know what they are doing off.

Corporate stores and corporate call centers will soon be a thing of the past. All these indirect stores and vendor call center employees either are not trained correctly, stupid, or dont give af minimum wage reps. Verizon thinks they will save money eliminating corporate stores and centers and they want all of us corporate reps to lie and pretend we are the same to the customers "by reparing the brand". So when it comes time to eliminate all of us corporate people it wont be obvious to the customers what Verizon has done. You get what you pay for and if you take away good quality long time employees and replace them with incompetent, lazy, low paying reps it is only a matter of time before Verizon tanks.
They keep putting pressure on call center reps to repair the brand and we should have made the customer love verizon again after the last 5 reps couldn’t figure out there was a text block on the account and that’s why the customer couldn’t text but I’m like look I can only do so much quit getting rid of people and outsourcing to mo--ns
