“Charging forward”? Amazon and Walmart are leading the charge. As a customer, I haven’t walked out of a CVS in quite some time without something aggravating me. Product out, misplaced, congested with those totes, “all cvs this or that on sale, but not that one”, no one around, register won’t work, on and on... I used to love going there, but lately it’s slipped and fallen. Maybe it’s the morale of employees, or maybe it’s the new direction, either way, the competition is not following suit. Walmart is my go to now as they fixed the reasons no one enjoyed shopping there. CVS hasn’t even started. It’s almost as if they don’t care despite the hearts everywhere.
We all know everything that @YEBWzeJ-ouc stated very well, but It’s interesting to see how the customers see us.
