What are your guys hours? Set days off? Do you pick them? We go to block on june-ish july-ish. Fill me in...management says they dont know. Cant really trust them anyways.

Team leads are not on block only the night lead
That’s true. We don’t have block. Or even days off together. I went from tues wed off for a yr to sun thurs off. And working 3 days 3pm to 1130. And 2 days 4am to 1230p. S---s
Managers are even going on block scheduling. Why would TLs be different?
It’s honestly useless to have TLs closing when all you do is run for the front end and if you are lucky enough to get an early shift do audits.
I don't believe team leads will have block scheduling. But I could be wrong!
